4K a year Scott State Bank's Retail Supervisors are hands on and responsible for supervising location Tellers and New Accounts personnel.
They support efforts to maximize revenue, sales, customer satisfaction and minimize operational losses, as well as deepen existing relationships and minimize customer attrition.
Incumbents must have prior banking experience, knowledge of bank products, excellent customer service skills, leadership skills and place importance in complying with regulatory requirements.
Applicants should have the following:
